I'm not saying that The Gummi Bears was a gay cartoon but let me put it this way: It was not the first cartoon that boys bragged about watching. I loved this cartoon but was too ahsamed then and even have a little problem now that I watched it. Every saturday morning. The Gummi Bears was a welcome change to the stuff that I watched during the week. Instead of the violent, macho cartoons of GI JOE , HE MAN and The Transformers, the writers of the gummi bear gave you humor, action and adventure.
Let me write it this way; I loved the gummi bears but feel the pressing need to say "no homo" after that i admit that i watched it.

Yeah.. this was a HOT cartoon.. I watched into high school years. *no surprise there* lol But yeah.. it was the last of the Saturday morning cartoon greats!!!
My hubby and my other boy were just singing this theme song to me two nights ago, so you need not feel ashamed. They knew every word the way you know the Gold Girls theme song.
