This Japanese dude who was the Finance Minister has lost his job because he was drunk at the G 7 economic summit. Poor guy after understanding the economy and how fucked up it is who could blame him for turning the bottle? Dude claims he was under the influence of cold medicine, the slurring of his speech and the look in his eyes make one think differently. You be the judge.

Just like with our golden boy, Mike Phelps, I blame his boys....if you know your boy (aka the Finance Minister of your country) is f-ed up then why would you let him address the nation. Cold medicine...no. Bottle of Henney...yes. Bong at the frat house...yes. Putting the pics up...hell no.
