for the last time: White people can't say it unless they are reciting words to a rap song. Blacks can say it whenever but should not say it in mixed company and Latinos should not say it unless they are darker than a brown paper bag. okay. got it. now go and tell those yentas on The View roc belushi said move on to something else.

How about not using the n word at all and expanding our vocabularies beyond derrogatory slang from the 18th century?
i have no problem with the n - word. the only reason why white people and uppity blacks have a problem with the word is because it is something they can't say or because it is a shameful word. put it like this people should stop saying the word "nigger" once we stop saying the words "tobacco" "slavery" "capitalism" and "boat" as those were the words that put black people in america. the n word is not the reason why we are here those other words are.
I like the rules, Roc. But I have to admit, there is one rule of yours that I don't agree with. A white co-worker/friend of mine was reciting words to a rap song and said the word. I gave the look...you know the look. She was like, "no?". I said, "no". How about this...use the word in the privacy of your own home...if it's killing you and you need to use it. I can't say I'm a fan of the word, but don't give "the look" to Black folks that use it in my company...not in the grocery store with their kids!
