THIS IS WHY HE IS THE BEST EVER!

If Peyton Manning wins The Super Bowl next week he is going to be considered the greatest quarterback of his generation, sorry Tom Brady. The way he takes games over and the way he calls plays at the line of scrimmage makes me want to be a quarterback and I never ever wanted to be a QB, I always wanted to be Lawrence Taylor. This clip illustrates a little why he is the man and why New Orleans has no chance to win next week.

Good Manangement

The last few seasons of the National Football League the Miami Dolphins football organization was not part of the elite teams to say the least. No post season action and a dismal1-15 record last year was the lowest point they could reach. Several changes at the supervisor level, "the coach", did not seem to push the workforce, "the players", to produce a product, "WINS", for the consumers, "the FANS" to enjoy. The change was needed at the top as with most successful businesses. No bailout needed from government, just a guy name Bill Parcels to come in and see the big picture and vision to take the organization to a current 10-6 record. And after this Sunday when the Jets season is ended with a lost, the Dolphins will celebrate with a trip to the NFL playoffs and hopes of Super Bowl in the future.

GM, Ford and Chrysler take a page from the Dolphins. Yes, certain personnel was given the boot, "Jason Taylor", "Chris Chambers", and some were kept "Ricky Williams" but it was for the better good It was recognized by top level management who were the performers and who were not and that the consumer needed more as the consumer is why the business succeeds. And even though there is a union in the NFL, when you fire someone you don't need to consult with them or have a meeting with a union rep to give an explanation why. You don't produce you don't work here anymore.

The BIG 3 car companies, the Detroit Lions, "0-15 record", a reflection of bad management this year.
