Dus put me onto this when we were having our own ghetto geek conversation about gi joe. this intro was hot. Watch it and tell me why you think that cartoons are better today Enjoy:
well throw me in Guantanamo, tell Michele Bachmann, or at least flag me if I ever run for office- didn't realize how American GI Joe was, or how cool. How un-American of me. Someone send this video to the McCain campaign, I'm sure they'd use it and impose Barack's face here and there.
I remember that intro for like one of the new seasons of GI Joe. I think it was a lil different when Serpetor came on the scene. But nonetheless I remember, although I was more partial to the Transformers (all the seasons in the 80's).
Now of GI Joe, Snake Eyes and Destro were my favorite characters. I'm a bit disappointed that the live action movie won't portray Destro as a brotha, but that's just me (He always seemed to be a brotha to me.).
I hope the movie does some justice to my memory of GI Joe.

..Oh yeah. And Putney Swope........who are you? I thought I was the last of the 12 Disciples that saw that movie. lol
