Right...if it was dudes being posted then no complaints would be made lol. I mean...that's not ALL we think about, but it's a bonus. You got some dudes that get all loud and disrespectful when they see a nice looking woman, but being raised by a beautiful black woman, I am not disrespecting that woman nor myself like that. Besides...seems like all the fines women got MAJOR issues so just better not to start nothing.
But I haven't heard any of you explain what it is about the booty that you love so much. I don't have any issue with men being enamored with the onion, but if you truly find a thing beautiful, you don't consistently sexualize it, and I find that often that is what ends up being done. Now when someone tastefully emphasizes the rump without demoralizing it, I find that refreshing. Why can't we have a cerebral discussion of the ass rather than a merely corporal one?

Thank you, ladies...let's school these men...
As we mature, we realize that sexiness is more about the attitude and less about the physical. So, the jaw-dropping over a big butt is immature. I reluctantly checked out the website, Big Reub, and trust me...I was not impressed. What are those females doing with thier lives besides showing their asses...literally?! They do not inspire me to do great things nor do they inspire me to go to great places.
Fine women have major issues? Maybe if men (okay, some men) stopped treating fine women as objects of desire and appreciated them more for their hard work and support to all things YOU, you would find that their issues are really due to your faults.
I think the contrast in our perspectives is due to a lack of communication and understanding. Thank you for your examples proving the following point: men are visual creatures, women are emotional. That's where the contrast lies.
Why am I up this late....Well the Bears won and I took a nap. When you're over 30, naps are necessary. Lol.
But, let me say this. Sista D-Troy, you're right, men and women are truly different in that we are more visual than women, but let's not dismiss the fact that when women see an attractive dude that they imagine also. You just might not post your thoughts on a blog such as this (well, that depends on just how freaky one might be....but that is another topic althogether). LOL. And not that it should be excused, but some dudes clearly have more control over acting out or verbalizing their thoughts disrespectfully. (For some reason, Freaknic '93-'96 keeps popping up in my head though).
As far as the VenusRevolution site, not that you needed to be impressed, but from what I've seen (and dude had a few artistic shows here in Atlanta that received interesting reviews) it is more of an alternative to the video vixen image we are bombarded with everyday. I don't think he goes into detail on the site, but in the video/movie, the brotha gives reference to the South African Hottentot woman (Sara Baartman) that was displayed and exploited b/c of the Europeans fascination with the anatomy of her and other women shaped like her.
Now none of you have to agree, but Hey, of course we have many other topics to discuss, explore, investigate, etc. , I just thought I'd raise the question since we all visit the erotic and sometimes X-Rated regions of our minds every now and again. Maybe more of us than others.

It was a ridiculous comment because to me this is a ridiculous subject. No one said you had to see a 10 inch, because we didn't see the woman on this post showing off her stuff. I never said he had to be totally naked and flashing his stuff either. Unlike you, I can't speak for a whole group of people lol, but I don't waste time chasing and lusting after women on the street or online. I am old enough to know you get what you look for and if that's all that interests you then you're not going to get much.
Donna Troy: I hear you somewhat on the faults issue, but that's not entirely true. I'm not to blame when homegirl come into something NEW with a grudge over something other guys did to her. I can't accept that. Not every female does that, just the majority (that I've ran into...all from different backgrounds). So running on emotions and and past experiences isn't better than being strictly visual. I like how women take things and transform that mofo into something to support their point...generally speaking of course.
