So Steve Harvey (pictured above, covered in Tang) thinks Tavis Smiley and Cornel West are "Uncle Toms":



Steve... Whether or not you agree with their motives, Cornel and Tavis make very valid points. Although ONLY IN PART, President Obama's toothless threats and unfulfilled promises are to blame for the current state of the poor and less privileged in this country (particularly the Black and Hispanic community). We all know he's cleaning up the mess Bush left behind (tax cuts for the rich/wealthy/global corporations/banks, bankrupting Social Security and borrowing from potential enemies to pay for stupid ass wars, relaxing restrictions on Wall Street that ultimately led to the financial meltdown... you get the picture here people.), but still- he's kinda lost sight of the ball.

Steve Harvey is not wrong for voicing his opinion either. BUT he IS wrong for calling those two respectable men "Uncle Toms". That's kinda like Soulja Boy telling Jay Electronica he needs to step up his bars. Oh REALLY Soulja Boy?! (See that? That's me looking at Soulja Boy over the top of my glasses.)

Another thing that fuckin' bothers me is Black folks who believe our President is exempt from criticism, especially constructive, well-intended criticism. I, as much as any other sane Black person, am grateful for what our President has done for the collective Black American psyche. But i do think he's simply not being tough enough. But shit, you try fighting dozens of 2520's (congress, senate) everyday at your job and see how far YOU get. Imagine dozens of that one 2520 bitch who, in your head, is trying to sabotage your career.

Anyway, fuck you Steve Harvey... and your pimp suits. Stick to mentoring young boys and soft-shoeing for bucks. Insulting the Black Intelligentsia in such a way only makes YOU look like the Uncle Tom in the end. Let those men provide a voice for the voiceless while you vacation in Ibiza. I dislike both - what do i do?

With the recent fighting between Representatives Allen West and Debbie Wasserman Schultz both from Florida puts me in a conundrum. My Nation Of Islam training tells me to hate 25/20's and Jews but to equally hate sellout monkey Black Uncle Toms as well. I don't know who to root for in this fight. To be fair when Schultz made her crack about West ignoring the needs of his constituency it seemde like an innocuous enough comment. But West went hard body at old girl and hurt the yenta's feelings. He basically bought an Uzi to a knife fight. I was all set to say to take his side based on his color alone ( I admit it ) until he went on racist bomb thrower Mark Levin's radio show and had this to say:

The Persecution of Charles Rangel continues - What did he do again?

I read what the ethics violations were on Charles Rangel. One of them was bringing disrespect to The House Of Representatives. Are they serious? Can anyone see the railroad? I was never a big fan of the dude but I can see a conspiracy when there is one. And here is one. A BIG ONE! In your face. They are mad at him for having four apartments in Lenox Terrace? It's not the fucking Taj Mahal. It's Lenox Terrace. It's funny that before gentrification no one cared how many apartments he had. Then they said that he didn't pay his taxes. Then you look at the money he owes and it's 15k. After 40 years all this guy stole was 15k? He wasn't really trying then. And for the Democrats that are distancing themselves from Rangel we are watching you and you will be exposed. (I'm looking at you Barry.) I can't believe that the press is piling on him even though he didn't lie us into war or falsify intelligence. I have said it before and I will say this again this shit didn't start until he became the Chairman of The Ways and Means Committee and he kicked Vice President Dick Cheney out of his office. And you know who is behind this: The Pussies at The New York Post. If I were Rangel I would stand pat and tell anyone that had a problem with it to eat a bag of Harlem Apartment Dicks (whatever those are). Harlem Stand up. First it's him then it's your land. This is just the start. Don't let this happen.

Guess what? Barack Obama needs to start remembering that he made his bones in Chi - town!

Whatever happened to that guy who promised me and the rest of young, idealist and hip America change? Remember that guy? Remember that guy who stared down Billary and didn't flinch when McCain and Palin were on the scene? Well. That guy has a speech tomorrow and it is his state of the union address. This is the time of year when The President tells America in front of Congress what the state of the union is. Well, quite frankly we don't need a speech for that. I can tell you the state that our union is in with one word: FUCKED! What President Obama needs to say to America and what he needs to dedicate his time to telling America how he is going to get better and how he will do a better job. Panic has already set in with the hiring of Plouffe. What he needs to say is that he is going to do what he wants. He needs to be more like that idiot sellout monkey Michael Steele in the way that Steele does and says what he wants when he wants. More bluster, more boldness and more fuck you to anyone that is opposite of what he is. For real. Be clear: I am still an Obama fan. What he did when he won the Presidency will never be forgotten in my mind -but let's face it; even a number one draft pick needs to prove his selection. Hopefully tomorrow will be the beginning of that process.

How bad is he doing? Is he on The Carter level yet?

Listen - I know it's only been 9 months but so what! It's time to keep it real: President Obama has moved to the center like a Black Bill Clinton with the efficiency of an even more inept Jimmy Carter. I know he had a lot of shit to clean up but it seems like he's actually threw more shit on the shit before he got the shovel. Then when he got the shovel it was a plastic shovel. Unemployment is at record highs, the war is a drain on the economy and national morale and people will not have that much better health care once the Healthcare Reform Bill is passed. I love Obama for what he was able to accomplish but even a first round pick needs to show some improvement once the season starts. President Obama seems to be a better campaigner than an actual President. Everytime I turn around he is making a speech. Save the speeches for Congress behind close doors. Over 65 million people voted for you. They don't need to hear what you want to do they need to see you do it. You got close to a trillion dollars for jobs but yet the only people that seem to be benefiting are the banks that got us into the bullshit in the first place. The war that seems unwinnable you sent more troops to? WTF! Fail. The plan was to move America into the 21st century. Come on, son!

Sarah Palin, the former Republican Vice - Presidential nominee and let's keep it real the left's and comedian's famous whipping girl is done. She quit her job as Governor of Alaska. While some speculate that she is gearing up for a Presidential run in 2012, others say that she is trying to get out of the game because of some impending but as yet unseen scandal. While either may be true the fact of the matter remains that she is, by judging from her rambling, stumbling and bumbling press conference, going to entertain the masses before she steps away permanently. 

Favorite White Guy of The Moment...South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford!

I love this guy. He just keeps talking and talking. He now says that the Argentine women whom he had an affair was not a jump off after all but a serious relationship. He is such a non - player that he has fallen in love with his jump off. He said that he and his mistress were "soul - mates". WTF? At the end of the day I can't blame him. After four kids and being married to the same woman for more than umpteen years I can see where some fresh, tight puss could turn a man out. But when u are the Governor of South Carolina and your whole steez rests on traditional family values, Christian morals and righteousness you have to KEEP YOUR DICK IN YOUR PANTS until AFTER the election. I love the way Republicans always put their foot on their mouths and dick in other people's three orafices.

After being revealed to be the scumbag cheat that he is, he was set to be the running punchline on late night talk shows for the next few weeks. That is, until the King died. Right when he was ready to get creamed by the national press, Sanford was saved by the news of the death of Michael Jackson. Now the only people that care about him, his steamy emails and his mistress in Argentina will be the only people that matter: The people of South Carolina. Does Governor Mark Sanford have any ties to Tehran?

Why are people acting like the CIA doesn't lie?

What's with this shit with people acting like it's wrong to accuse the CIA of lying? They can't be serious. Is it that crazy to think that the CIA might lie about something? Are people talking about the same CIA that killed innocent people in Latin America when they helped overthrow governments left and right? Are they talking about the same CIA that called Iraq having Weapons Of Mass Destruction a "slam dunk"? Are they talking about the same CIA that has had hands in the assassinations removals of foreign leaders? Are we talking about the same CIA that works in subterfuge? Let's keep it real: It's their business to lie. That's what they do. Being surprised that the CIA lies to a politician is like being surprised that a twelve year - old boy doesn't feel the same after his return from a two week vacation at Never Land Ranch and The Catholic Church. Sure Speaker Nancy Pelosi sounded less than convincing about her knowledge of torture but wouldn't you if you were accusing the CIA of something? by now you must have heard of the term, "HNIC" which means of course, Head N- word in charge. But there should be a new term in honor of Barney Frank, the openly gay Congressman from Mass.: HHIC because he is the head homosexual in charge. While barack is the most powerful black man on the planet, frank is arguably the most powerful openly gay man man on earth. When it comes to the economic bail- out he is the point man. When the conservative talking class speaks of East Coast liberal values that may overtake america and ruin it, it is frank that they are talking about. When it was time to tell Obama to takeover and get to work it was Frank that made the comment. CHANGE?

In the first move of the Obama transition, President - Elect Barack Obama chose to ask Congressman Rahm Emanuel to be his White House Chief of Staff. Critics say that this move of selecting a White House veteran to run his team is not change but the same partisan politics of old. But others like myself say: STOP HATING! Obama won and he can hire who he wants to. Emanuel is a bulldog and will have Obama's back for the next two years at least. In Washington you need to have your people with you and and some people that know the town of Washington, D.C. Obama plays chess. I love it.
