Grant Hill Wins Again!

Somewhere Uncle Tom Grant Hill is laughing. Jalen Rose, after pleading guilty to a drunk driving charge that occurred in March of this year, was sentenced to 20 days in jail.

His lawyer, Keith Davidson did not like the sentence given to his client. He believes that the Judge in the case was grandstanding.

One of his attorneys, Keith Davidson, wasn't so contrite, railing against the sentence handed down by 48th District Court Judge Kimberly Small.

"This was nothing less than an elected judge legislating from the bench," said Keith Davidson. "This is a man who has given millions of dollars to charity, started schools around the world and worked endlessly for the community, yet her average sentence is 17 days, and she sentenced Mr. Rose to 20 days.

I am glad that someone said what I said but no one else heard. Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert, in his statement on his team's website acted like he owned Lebron and like Lebron owed him something besides the seven years of play on the court and the hundreds of millions of dollars that Lebron already made for him. Fuck Dan Gilbert. Lebron wanted to leave. Get over it! Why is Jesse Jackson the only man that went on the record with the slave - master relationship that Dan Gilbert portrayed when he made his statement? Why is a man over 70 making this statement? I thought Charles was outspoken? I thought he was the militant Black athlete that said what was ever on his mind. So why is it that the only statement he makes is a statement crtitcal of the chosen one? What part of the game is that, Chuck? Michael Jordan now an owner still pretends like he is a player looking for his next contract. Why isn't he saying anything to refute Gilbert's statements? And only something that is a shot at James. And Earvin? Where is he? Where is the guy that can stop the world with his smile? Quiet. And so it's left to Jesse Jackson, an old man in the game to come to the defense of a 25 year old multi - millionaire. Mantle was a drunk, womanizer that cheated the game and his team with his off the field behavior. But for Costas it's okay because Mantle is white and a hero of Bob Cocksucker Costas. Can you have a bigger group of cocksuckers than the sports media right now? With this A - Rod controversy they have all collectively jacked the dick of hater - ade waiting for the jizz to come out. The media is reporting that A - Rod tested positive for steroids but they also reported that his name was one out of 104 other names. Where are the other names? Who are they? Why don't they expose them? Why don't they tarnish and taint their names? 

You know why? I'll tell you why Because 

a) The players on the list are probably mostly of a white complexion or 

b) The players are either out of the league or a bunch of bums and that fact would destroy the myth that steroids improve performance. I know that A- Rod is a walking soap opera but damn, BE FAIR! FOR ONCE! Expose everyone not just one. For once I am defending  A - ROID oh I mean A -  ROD!

Hey you know what's weird? Mike Tomlin's team won the Super Bowl but the media is giving Bill Cowher the credit!

When I watched the end of The Super Bowl 43 I saw players from the Pittsburgh Steelers douse their coach Mike Tomlin with Gatorade. So naturally I thought that he would receive most the credit. But NOOOOOOO when the media got their Dick riding urge on who did they decide to collectively Dick ride: Bill Cowher, the former coach of The Steelers. 

True, Cowher did put the team together but shit he retired two seasons ago.

What made racist matters worse is that when the media wanted to give props to a coach on the Steelers they overlooked Tomlin and chose to collectively slurp Steelers defensive coordinator, Dick Lebeau. WTF? What more does a coach have to do in order to get his props? I mean Tomlin won the Super Bowl for goodness sakes. Former Jets and current Browns coach Eric Mangini was branded a genius by the sports intelligentsia and he didn't even take his team to the Conference finals.
